Raspberry Cider Vinegar 250ml

Description

Apples from local orchards are pressed to make cider then taken to the next stage-traditional cider vinegar

Then we blend it with Cornish raspberry juice and a little sugar.

Drizzle neat over peppery salad leaves, blend with olive oil dressing for a dipping sauce with fresh crusty bread or (strange though it sounds) pour a dash over a rich creamy ice cream.

When diluted with a little hot water, it’s a soothing drink for sore throats.
