Our award-winning Orange Cordial is made with orange juice and freshly grated zest for extra zing plus sugar, a little water and citric acid but nothing else. We think it’s as close to the real thing as you can get – the simple approach keeps the flavour fresh and clean with no lingering chemical after-taste.
Over time you’ll probably see lighter essential oils from the zest rising towards the top of the bottle. Just shake gently before pouring into still or sparkling water, a glass of bubbles for a super-easy Bucks Fizz or the perfect Screwdriver orange vodka cocktail with a splash of soda water.
Try Orange Cordial in cooking. Pour a little into a chocolate cake mix, drizzle over pancakes or blend with a vinaigrette dressing to accompany a summery spinach salad. Use as a marinade before grilling pork, duck or salmon.
