Table 3: This is a very interesting drink – surprising. The lime works very well with the fiery ginger – warm, with gentle heat. Then the chilli comes into play at the end – offering a small punchy kick which was very pleasant. Well balanced. Not too sweet and refreshing and zingy. Cleverly blended. Delicious.Table R1: Light cordial with distinct zesty aroma. Flecks of chilli remain through dilution and add background heat without overpowering the refreshing flavour of limes with a hint of ginger. Clean flavour and not too sweet.
Of our Orange and Chilli the judges said;
Table 3: Attractive, pretty cordial with bright chilli particles. Refreshing tangy fresh orange flavour with satisfying chilli kick. Stronger dilution improved. A really fun and grown up drink.Table 1: In undiluted form it’s a very vibrant cordial, zingy and citrus with a very well balanced heat on the back of the palate. The orange is very intense and delightful. Really delicious. Diluted, it’s there too – a gentle kick from the chilli bringing it alive.
