Unlike anything made commercially our lemon cordial is simply lemon juice and zest with sugar, water and a little citric acid.

The result is an award-winning cordial, luscious diluted 1:4 with still or sparkling water.

Or as a warm soother add a little honey if you feel a tickly throat coming on

As the basis of a good many cocktails including the gin-based Tom Collins

And the lively bubbles and gin-based French 75.

Our top tip – don’t limit your lemon cordial to just drinks

Why not drizzle over sugary pancakes or add to a summery salad vinaigrette.
