Description

Whole ripe raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants (and occasionally redcurrants) produce a not-too-sweet cordial with a hint of tannin and acidity

Our grown-up version of that famous blackcurrant childhood squash.

Very Berry lends itself perfectly to non-alcoholic drinks, hot or cold, drizzled into a flute of prosecco,

where it slowly sinks through the bubbles for a version of Kir Royale.

Drizzle it neat over vanilla ice cream and trim with a sprig of mint and curl of dark chocolate,

Add to Greek-style yogurts

For stunning ice cubes, dilute 1:1 with water and frozen in an ice cube tray.

When ready, just drop into your waiting glass and watch the colours drift and merge.
