If our original Lime & Ginger isn’t quite hot enough for you, then you’ll love this version of fresh pressed and zested limes and ginger juice – speckled with tiny flakes of real chilli. Sipped with hot water it’s a great soother for winter coughs, colds and snuffles, then when you’ve recovered it mixes equally well with vodka over ice
This one’s also a quick and easy ingredient when it comes to preparing meals – especially light meats and rich fish such as salmon. Add to it a splash of light soy and a clove of crushed garlic and you have an instant hint of the Far East.
Ingredients: water; sugar; fresh squeezed and zested limes; pressed ginger juice; dried chilli flakes; citric acid

Just opened the Hot Ginger & Lime cordial. It’s delish! As it’s 5.30pm on a Monday, I have resisted putting vodka or rum with it, but that would be amazing, it will be happening later in the week. Jacquie L, Taunton
